A Perfect Retreat
Our sunny, Edgartown, Martha's Vineyard home, complete with a brand new, bright, spotless basement playroom with toys, games and a ping-pong table, provides the perfect retreat for couples and families. We are located on a quiet, kid-safe, paved road, just minutes away from Katama (South Beach), Edgartown Village, State Beach and Morning Glory Farms. We are also right next to a bike path. Our home is private, spacious and bright, with soaring ceilings, oak hardwood floors, a new gourmet kitchen (with new appliances), 3 full bedrooms (our master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a new Sealy Posturpedic mattress, a private bath, new skylight and ceiling fan, a large, newly-organized walk-in closet, and a balcony with slider), 2 full baths, an enclosed, outdoor shower, a sunny, large deck with a gas grill, and a substantial second living room/sleeping loft, complete with a queen sleep sofa and futon.

We have two large, new TVs (with DVD and VCR capabilities, and a 50+ channel cable package), and separate viewing areas (either the living room or the large loft). We offer free wireless Internet (picture yourself with your laptop relaxing on the deck). There's a large, comfortable hammock and a charming swing for the kids (and a swing on the deck that will suit adults, too). You'll feel completely at ease in our clean, tastefully decorated home and yard -- with or without kids!! What sets this home apart from other 3-bedroom rental houses is that there is an abundance of space for you to relax and unwind. You will never feel "crowded" -- so let your kids play ping-pong downstairs, let your other kids watch TV in the loft, while you lounge on the deck yourself with a cold drink and a good book!! There's no smoking, no pets, and the cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit. We also are easily accessible to Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven and the ferry!

Recent Improvements
Our playroom is a big hit with our own kids and all of our renters!!! This off-season, we've turned our attention outside. We've planted large pine trees for even more privacy, and we are making some landscaping refinements that everyone will enjoy. You'll also find some new furniture inside.

Our brand new, well illuminated, spotless, finished basement playroom comes complete with with toys, games and a ping-pong table. Your kids will find plenty to keep them occupied here when you can't get to the beach or need some time to yourself.

Our bright master bedroom suite offers a private bath, a king-sized bed with a new, Sealy Posturpedic mattress, a new skylight and ceiling fan, a large, newly-organized walk-in closet, and its own private balcony. The balcony is one of our favorite spots to sit and read high "above it all"!!

Other 2006 Improvements
We've upgraded the outdoor shower to make it more pleasant and user-friendly. And let's not forget the laundry. . .we have a separate, fully-finished laundry area with large new machines and a spacious folding table.
